What this policy covers

This shipping policy applies only to physical products. Personalized readings are custom-tailored digital PDF reports sent to the email address provided at checkout; they are not shipped as parcels and have no shipping charge. Standard digital delivery is within 24 hours when all information needed for the reading is provided at checkout. See our Refund Policy for digital delivery and cancellation details.

Origin and timing

Physical products ship from China. Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment. Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed dates.

Standard shipping

Standard shipping costs USD 7 for orders below USD 99. Orders of USD 99 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Available destinations and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout.
