Effective on publication. These terms apply to purchases and use of worldofthefool.com, operated under the name The World of The Fool. Please read them together with the product description and our linked store policies. If you have a question before ordering, contact thefool@worldofthefool.com.

What we offer

Our store offers physical ritual products, digital tools, personal written readings and reports, and The Fool’s Circle membership. The description shown for each product at the time of purchase explains what is included, the price, the delivery format and any stated preparation or delivery period. Free on-screen tools are separate from a purchased personal reading or report.

Tarot, astrology and related content are for personal reflection and entertainment. They do not predict a guaranteed outcome and are not medical, legal or financial advice. Please consult a qualified professional for decisions in those areas.

Orders and payment

Check your order details and the total shown at checkout before paying. We may contact you to clarify information needed to fulfill a personal report or to address an order problem. If an item or service cannot be supplied, we will contact you about the available remedy, including a refund where appropriate. Any applicable taxes, shipping charges and discounts are shown at checkout.

Personal readings and digital reports

A personal reading or report is prepared for the scope described on its product page using the information you provide. Please provide accurate, relevant details and avoid sending payment-card numbers, identity documents or another person’s private messages. Delivery format and estimated timing are stated on the product page. A reading is an interpretation for reflection, not a promise of a particular event, result or decision.

If you need to correct an order detail, or a report is missing or has a service issue, email thefool@worldofthefool.com with your order number and checkout email. Cancellation and refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy and applicable law. Beginning preparation or delivering a digital file does not automatically remove rights that the law gives you.

Physical products and delivery

Available destinations, the final delivery charge and the order total are confirmed at checkout. Our Shipping Policy explains dispatch and estimated delivery timing. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or missing, contact us with your order number and relevant details or photos. Returns and remedies are described in our Refund Policy; your statutory rights still apply.

Membership

The Fool’s Circle is an automatically renewing subscription at the monthly or annual price selected at checkout. The product and membership pages describe the included benefits. Cancellation stops the next renewal; benefits remain available through the end of the paid period. Manage your membership through the available customer portal or contact thefool@worldofthefool.com for help. A support enquiry alone is not confirmation that a subscription has been cancelled, so please check the subscription status or cancellation confirmation.
