This shipping policy applies only to physical products. Personalized readings are custom-tailored digital PDF reports sent to the email address provided at checkout; they are not shipped as parcels and have no shipping charge. Origin and timing
Physical products ship from China. Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment. Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed dates.
Standard shipping
Standard shipping costs USD 7 for orders below USD 99. Orders of USD 99 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Available destinations and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout.

Physical products
You may request a return within 14 days of receipt. This is our standard return request period for all customers. Opened packaging is accepted. The buyer pays ordinary return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise. Contact thefool@worldofthefool.com with your order number for return instructions before sending an item.
For damage, wrong items or missing items, contact us with the order number and relevant details or photos. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include a refund, replacement or reshipment. Your legal remedies are not limited to a partial refund.

Question: My wrist is about 17 cm. Will the standard size fit, or do I need a custom one?
Answer: The standard fit is for a 15–16 cm wrist circumference, so at 17 cm you would be better with a custom size. Custom sizing is available — email us your exact wrist circumference and we will make it to that measurement. The 8 / 10 / 12 mm options refer to bead diameter, not to the length.

Question: Is it a stretch bracelet? I'm worried about it snapping.
Answer: Yes: the listing describes smooth round beads with an elastic fit. It does not give an elasticity test or a guarantee against breakage. Ask Mira for handling guidance if you have a fit or durability concern.

Question: Does it come cleansed, or do I need to do that myself?
Answer: Each bracelet is inspected and cleansed with crystals before shipping, so it arrives ready to use. It is also one of the pieces Mira Lin personally selects, which is noted on the listing. You are welcome to keep your own cleansing practice as well — that part is yours.

Question: How long does delivery take? I need it before a specific date and I'd rather know now than after paying.
Answer: Orders are dispatched from China within 3–5 business days of payment, and delivery usually takes 7–14 business days after dispatch. Those are estimates rather than guaranteed dates, so if you have a fixed date in mind, please tell us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether it is realistic.
