Origin and timing
Physical products ship from China. Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment. Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed dates.
Standard shipping
Standard shipping costs USD 7 for orders below USD 99. Orders of USD 99 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Available destinations and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout.

Physical products
You may request a return within 14 days of receipt. This is our standard return request period for all customers. Opened packaging is accepted. The buyer pays ordinary return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise.
