Questions
-
Question: Is this tarot? And how many cards?
Answer: An oracle deck of 50 cards. Not tarot — no suits, no major arcana, and no fixed spread required.
-
Question: Do I need to know Celtic mythology to use it properly?
Answer: No. The forest imagery and the short message on each card stand on their own, and the deck is described as forest-inspired rather than as a reconstruction of a specific tradition. If you do know the myths, they will add a layer; if you do not, nothing is missing.
-
Question: Are the card backs the same design as your tarot decks, so a mixed draw isn't obvious?
Answer: This deck has its own illustrated card backs. For a mixed reading, you can keep tarot and oracle decks separate and deliberately draw from each. Check the gallery or contact Mira if exact back-design differences matter to your method.
Delivery & returns
-
Question: How long does delivery take? I need it before a specific date and I'd rather know now than after paying.
Answer: Orders are dispatched from China within 3–5 business days of payment, and delivery usually takes 7–14 business days after dispatch. Those are estimates rather than guaranteed dates, so if you have a fixed date in mind, please tell us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether it is realistic.
Shipping policy -
Question: Is shipping included, or is it added at checkout? The two prices I'm seeing don't match.
Answer: Our shipping policy lists standard shipping at USD 7 for orders below USD 99, and free standard shipping from USD 99. These figures are in USD; available destinations and the final shipping charge are confirmed at checkout.
Shipping policy -
Question: What happens if it arrives and it's not what I expected? I don't want to be stuck with it.
Answer: For physical products, you may request a return within 14 days of receipt, and opened packaging is accepted. Ordinary return postage is paid by the buyer unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise. Contact thefool@worldofthefool.com with your order number before sending an item back. See the Refund Policy for the full conditions and statutory rights.
