Questions
-
Question: Are these the mini pocket size? The photos make them look small.
Answer: They are full size — 7 × 12 cm per card. The photographs are shot close to the artwork, which is probably what makes them read as small on screen.
-
Question: Are the card names in English? I'm learning and I want to practise the English names too.
Answer: The cards have English titles and a guidebook is included. The current description presents the guidebook as a starting point for learning the cards, but does not specify its language. Contact Mira before ordering if you need that confirmed.
-
Question: Is the artwork still readable for a real reading, or is it too cute to say anything?
Answer: It reads, but it reads gently — the figures are soft rather than dramatic, so the deck suits wording like "tender" and "overlooked" more than "conflict". For self-love and self-reflection questions that is exactly the point. If you want sharp edges, one of our gothic decks will argue with you more.
Delivery & returns
-
Question: How long does delivery take? I need it before a specific date and I'd rather know now than after paying.
Answer: Orders are dispatched from China within 3–5 business days of payment, and delivery usually takes 7–14 business days after dispatch. Those are estimates rather than guaranteed dates, so if you have a fixed date in mind, please tell us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether it is realistic.
Shipping policy -
Question: Is shipping included, or is it added at checkout? The two prices I'm seeing don't match.
Answer: Our shipping policy lists standard shipping at USD 7 for orders below USD 99, and free standard shipping from USD 99. These figures are in USD; available destinations and the final shipping charge are confirmed at checkout.

Question: What happens if it arrives and it's not what I expected? I don't want to be stuck with it.
Answer: For physical products, you may request a return within 14 days of receipt, and opened packaging is accepted. Ordinary return postage is paid by the buyer unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise. Contact thefool@worldofthefool.com with your order number before sending an item back. See the Refund Policy for the full conditions and statutory rights.
Refund policy -
Question: My order arrived with a damaged item. Do I send it back first?
Answer: Contact thefool@worldofthefool.com with your order number and relevant details or photos before sending anything back. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include a refund, replacement or reshipment.
