Personalized readings are custom-tailored digital PDF reports sent to the email address provided at checkout; they are not shipped as parcels and have no shipping charge. Origin and timing
Physical products ship from China. Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment. Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed dates.
Standard shipping
Standard shipping costs USD 7 for orders below USD 99. Orders of USD 99 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Available destinations and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout.

Physical products
You may request a return within 14 days of receipt. This is our standard return request period for all customers. Opened packaging is accepted. The buyer pays ordinary return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise. For damage, wrong items or missing items, contact us with the order number and relevant details or photos. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include a refund, replacement or reshipment. Your legal remedies are not limited to a partial refund.

Answer: The description shows a small one-slot design at 9.8 × 8.5 cm and a large three-slot design at 29 × 14 cm. The current listing has no separate style selector, so contact Mira to confirm the supplied design before ordering.
