This shipping policy applies only to physical products. Personalized readings are custom-tailored digital PDF reports sent to the email address provided at checkout; they are not shipped as parcels and have no shipping charge. Standard digital delivery is within 24 hours when all information needed for the reading is provided at checkout. See our Refund Policy for digital delivery and cancellation details.
Origin and timing
Physical products ship from China. Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment. Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed dates.
Standard shipping
Standard shipping costs USD 7 for orders below USD 99. Orders of USD 99 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Available destinations and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout.

Physical products
You may request a return within 14 days of receipt. This is our standard return request period for all customers. Opened packaging is accepted. The buyer pays ordinary return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise. Contact thefool@worldofthefool.com with your order number for return instructions before sending an item.
For damage, wrong items or missing items, contact us with the order number and relevant details or photos. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include a refund, replacement or reshipment. Your legal remedies are not limited to a partial refund.

Question: I mainly do three-card readings. Which size do you recommend?
Answer: The cloth has Past, Present and Future sections for a three-card layout and comes in 49 × 49 cm or 75 × 75 cm. Sketch your preferred card spacing inside those dimensions to decide how much surrounding space you want.

Question: Is it machine washable or do I need to be careful?
Answer: The current description does not specify washing, ironing, steam or heat-care settings. Contact Mira before cleaning or applying heat, and follow any care label supplied with the item rather than assuming a method is safe.

Question: What's the difference between this one and the Sun and Zodiac one? They look similar.
Answer: This design includes printed Past, Present and Future sections. Sun and Zodiac is described with sun, moon and zodiac imagery. Check the two galleries or contact Mira if the exact placement of printed sections matters to your reading layout.

Question: How long does delivery take? I need it before a specific date and I'd rather know now than after paying.
Answer: Orders are dispatched from China within 3–5 business days of payment, and delivery usually takes 7–14 business days after dispatch. Those are estimates rather than guaranteed dates, so if you have a fixed date in mind, please tell us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether it is realistic.
