Questions
-
Question: Is 49 cm big enough for a three-card spread, or should I go straight to 75?
Answer: The two listed sizes are 49 × 49 cm and 75 × 75 cm. Three 7 cm-wide cards laid side by side use 21 cm before gaps, so you can sketch your preferred layout and margins within either square before choosing.
-
Question: Can it be washed? It's going to be on my table while I eat sometimes.
Answer: The current description does not specify washing, ironing, steam or heat-care settings. Contact Mira before cleaning or applying heat, and follow any care label supplied with the item rather than assuming a method is safe.
-
Question: Does the cloth in the photo come with the crystals, or just the cloth?
Answer: Just the cloth — the listing includes one tarot cloth, and the page notes that tarot cards, crystals and accessories are not included. The pieces in the photographs are there to show scale.
Delivery & returns
-
Question: How long does delivery take? I need it before a specific date and I'd rather know now than after paying.
Answer: Orders are dispatched from China within 3–5 business days of payment, and delivery usually takes 7–14 business days after dispatch. Those are estimates rather than guaranteed dates, so if you have a fixed date in mind, please tell us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether it is realistic.
Shipping policy -
Question: Is shipping included, or is it added at checkout? The two prices I'm seeing don't match.
Answer: Our shipping policy lists standard shipping at USD 7 for orders below USD 99, and free standard shipping from USD 99. These figures are in USD; available destinations and the final shipping charge are confirmed at checkout.

Question: What happens if it arrives and it's not what I expected? I don't want to be stuck with it.
Answer: For physical products, you may request a return within 14 days of receipt, and opened packaging is accepted. Ordinary return postage is paid by the buyer unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise. Contact thefool@worldofthefool.com with your order number before sending an item back. See the Refund Policy for the full conditions and statutory rights.
