Production and delivery
Our ritual objects and artisan decks are thoughtfully produced and hand-inspected in our dedicated Asian studio and printing partners before embarking on their journey to you.
Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment. Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed dates.
Standard shipping
For US delivery, standard shipping costs USD $7 for orders below USD $99. Free standard shipping applies to orders from USD $99 (or local currency equivalent at checkout). Available destinations, applicable rates and the final shipping charge are confirmed at checkout.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email thefool@worldofthefool.com with your order number and details or photos before returning it. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy, which may be a refund, replacement or reshipment. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Physical products
You may request a return within 14 days of receipt. This is our standard return request period for all customers. Opened packaging is accepted. The buyer pays ordinary return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise. Contact thefool@worldofthefool.com with your order number for return instructions before sending an item.
For damage, wrong items or missing items, contact us with the order number and relevant details or photos. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include a refund, replacement or reshipment. Your legal remedies are not limited to a partial refund.

Is this definitely the golden one? Photos look honey-colored but some sellers send reddish ones.
Yes, Amanda—this listing is for golden tiger's eye, with golden tones and individual patterns. It's not listed as red tiger's eye. I don't have treatment documentation to make a broader claim about other varieties.

Mine is a birthday gift for my bestie. Will it have nice banding like the pictures?
Every tower has its own pattern, Jessica, so yours won't be a copy of the photo. If it's a gift, tell me what you like about the pictured piece and we can check what information is available about the current stock. I can't promise a particular banding pattern.

Can I carry this in my pocket for daily grounding, or will the tip snap off?

If this is for a birthday or another fixed date, tell us the date first—we can help you judge the timing, but I wouldn't promise a guaranteed arrival day.
