Questions & answers
-
Will a full 78-card deck fit? Mine is a fairly thick deck with the guidebook.
Those 14 × 10 × 6.7 cm measurements are for the outside of the box. I wouldn't promise a 78-card deck and book fit from that alone—the usable space inside and your deck's thickness matter. Send me those details and let's check the fit.
-
Will sleeved cards fit, or does the lid press on them?
Sleeves add both width and thickness. I don't have usable interior measurements or a confirmed sleeved-deck fit to share. Tell me your deck and sleeve dimensions so we can check rather than guess.
-
Does it come with cards, or is it the box only?
It's the box only, for a deck you already own. Cards, cloth and stand shown with it aren't included. If you're putting together a celestial reading space, you can choose those pieces separately.
Delivery & returns
-
How long does delivery take? I need it before a specific date and I'd rather know now than after paying.
Our ritual objects and artisan decks are thoughtfully produced and hand-inspected in our dedicated Asian studio and printing partners before embarking on their journey to you. Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 business days of payment. Delivery then usually takes another 7–14 business days. If this is for a birthday or another fixed date, tell us the date first—we can help you judge the timing, but I wouldn't promise a guaranteed arrival day.
-
Is shipping included, or is it added at checkout? The two prices I'm seeing don't match.
For US delivery, standard shipping costs USD $7 for orders below USD $99. Free standard shipping applies to orders from USD $99 (or local currency equivalent at checkout). Available destinations, applicable rates and the final charge are confirmed at checkout.
-
What happens if it arrives and it's not what I expected? I don't want to be stuck with it.
You can ask for a return within 14 days of receiving a physical item, even if you've opened the packaging. For an ordinary return, you cover the return postage. If it arrived faulty, damaged or incorrect, please let us know—that's a different situation. Email thefool@worldofthefool.com with your order number before sending anything back. The full policy explains the conditions and your statutory rights.
-
My order arrived with a damaged item. Do I send it back first?
Please email thefool@worldofthefool.com with your order number and a few details or photos. Don't send it back just yet—we'll review what happened and work out the right remedy, which may be a refund, replacement or reshipment.
