Production and delivery
Our ritual objects and artisan decks are thoughtfully produced and hand-inspected in our dedicated Asian studio and printing partners before embarking on their journey to you.
Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment. Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed dates.
Standard shipping
For US delivery, standard shipping costs USD $7 for orders below USD $99. Free standard shipping applies to orders from USD $99 (or local currency equivalent at checkout). Available destinations, applicable rates and the final shipping charge are confirmed at checkout.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email thefool@worldofthefool.com with your order number and details or photos before returning it. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy, which may be a refund, replacement or reshipment. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Physical products
You may request a return within 14 days of receipt. This is our standard return request period for all customers. Opened packaging is accepted. The buyer pays ordinary return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise. Contact thefool@worldofthefool.com with your order number for return instructions before sending an item.
For damage, wrong items or missing items, contact us with the order number and relevant details or photos. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include a refund, replacement or reshipment. Your legal remedies are not limited to a partial refund.

I mainly do three-card readings. Which size do you recommend?
This cloth has printed Past, Present and Future sections, and comes in 49 × 49 cm or 75 × 75 cm. I'd sketch your three-card layout inside those dimensions and see how much room you'd like around it.

Is it machine washable or do I need to be careful?
Please check the care label that comes with the cloth, or ask us before washing or ironing it. I don't have confirmed washing, steam or heat settings for this one, so I wouldn't guess and risk the fabric.

What's the difference between this one and the Sun and Zodiac one? They look similar.
This design has printed Past, Present and Future sections. Sun and Zodiac uses sun, moon and zodiac imagery. If you want the printed spaces in a particular position, let's compare that detail in the two galleries.
