Questions & answers
-
Do you have a size guide for the two options? I don't want to order the wrong one.
Choose 49 × 49 cm / 19.3 × 19.3 in or 75 × 75 cm / 29.5 × 29.5 in. I'd start by sketching your spread: 49 cm can suit a small layout, while 75 cm gives more room for a Celtic Cross or props. Your card spacing matters too.
-
Is the plush backing flat enough to shuffle on, or is it too soft?
It's soft short-pile plush, with a velvety feel. If you prefer a firm surface for shuffling, tell me how you usually shuffle so we can check whether this is the kind of cloth you're looking for.
-
Can I iron it? It arrived folded and the creases bother me.
Please check the care label that comes with the cloth, or ask us before washing or ironing it. I don't have confirmed washing, steam or heat settings for this one, so I wouldn't guess and risk the fabric.
Delivery & returns
-
How long does delivery take? I need it before a specific date and I'd rather know now than after paying.
Our ritual objects and artisan decks are thoughtfully produced and hand-inspected in our dedicated Asian studio and printing partners before embarking on their journey to you. Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 business days of payment. Delivery then usually takes another 7–14 business days. If this is for a birthday or another fixed date, tell us the date first—we can help you judge the timing, but I wouldn't promise a guaranteed arrival day.
-
Is shipping included, or is it added at checkout? The two prices I'm seeing don't match.
For US delivery, standard shipping costs USD $7 for orders below USD $99. Free standard shipping applies to orders from USD $99 (or local currency equivalent at checkout). Available destinations, applicable rates and the final charge are confirmed at checkout.
-
What happens if it arrives and it's not what I expected? I don't want to be stuck with it.
You can ask for a return within 14 days of receiving a physical item, even if you've opened the packaging. For an ordinary return, you cover the return postage. If it arrived faulty, damaged or incorrect, please let us know—that's a different situation. Email thefool@worldofthefool.com with your order number before sending anything back. The full policy explains the conditions and your statutory rights.
-
My order arrived with a damaged item. Do I send it back first?
Please email thefool@worldofthefool.com with your order number and a few details or photos. Don't send it back just yet—we'll review what happened and work out the right remedy, which may be a refund, replacement or reshipment.
