Questions & answers
-
Some labradorite I've seen is just grey with no flash at all. Will this one actually flash?
Labradorite's flash changes as you move it in the light, and the colour, strength and coverage vary between pieces. I can't promise the exact flash in a photograph. If that's the detail you're choosing it for, let's check what we know about the available pieces.
-
Which size shows the flash best?
A taller piece doesn't automatically mean more flash. The effect depends on the individual stone and the viewing angle. I'd choose a height that suits your space, then ask about flash separately if it's your main priority.
-
Is it brittle? I'd hate to knock it over.
I wouldn't treat the point as impact-proof or put it somewhere it could easily fall. If you're unsure where to display it, tell me about the spot and we can talk through the handling details we have.
Delivery & returns
-
How long does delivery take? I need it before a specific date and I'd rather know now than after paying.
Our ritual objects and artisan decks are thoughtfully produced and hand-inspected in our dedicated Asian studio and printing partners before embarking on their journey to you. Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 business days of payment. Delivery then usually takes another 7–14 business days. If this is for a birthday or another fixed date, tell us the date first—we can help you judge the timing, but I wouldn't promise a guaranteed arrival day.
-
Is shipping included, or is it added at checkout? The two prices I'm seeing don't match.
For US delivery, standard shipping costs USD $7 for orders below USD $99. Free standard shipping applies to orders from USD $99 (or local currency equivalent at checkout). Available destinations, applicable rates and the final charge are confirmed at checkout.
-
What happens if it arrives and it's not what I expected? I don't want to be stuck with it.
You can ask for a return within 14 days of receiving a physical item, even if you've opened the packaging. For an ordinary return, you cover the return postage. If it arrived faulty, damaged or incorrect, please let us know—that's a different situation. Email thefool@worldofthefool.com with your order number before sending anything back. The full policy explains the conditions and your statutory rights.
-
My order arrived with a damaged item. Do I send it back first?
Please email thefool@worldofthefool.com with your order number and a few details or photos. Don't send it back just yet—we'll review what happened and work out the right remedy, which may be a refund, replacement or reshipment.
