Production and delivery
Our ritual objects and artisan decks are thoughtfully produced and hand-inspected in our dedicated Asian studio and printing partners before embarking on their journey to you.
Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment. Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed dates.
Standard shipping
For US delivery, standard shipping costs USD $7 for orders below USD $99. Free standard shipping applies to orders from USD $99 (or local currency equivalent at checkout). Available destinations, applicable rates and the final shipping charge are confirmed at checkout.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email thefool@worldofthefool.com with your order number and details or photos before returning it. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy, which may be a refund, replacement or reshipment. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Physical products
You may request a return within 14 days of receipt. This is our standard return request period for all customers. Opened packaging is accepted. The buyer pays ordinary return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise. Contact thefool@worldofthefool.com with your order number for return instructions before sending an item.
For damage, wrong items or missing items, contact us with the order number and relevant details or photos. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include a refund, replacement or reshipment. Your legal remedies are not limited to a partial refund.

Which stone should I choose if I've never used a pendulum before?
You can choose from the nine crystal options in the selector. If you enjoy the symbolism, amethyst is associated with intuition, rose quartz with love and tiger's eye with confidence. None is a requirement for using a pendulum, and the stone doesn't guarantee an outcome.

Is the metal part real copper? I have a sensitivity to some metals.
The setting and chain have an antique copper-tone appearance. I can't confirm the alloy or promise solid copper from that wording. If you have a metal sensitivity, please ask about the material details first; we aren't presenting it as allergy-safe.

How long is the chain, and is it long enough to hold comfortably?
The chain is about 20 cm, and the crystal point is about 7.5 × 1 cm. Try holding the end bead between your thumb and index finger and letting the point settle. Your grip and position will make a difference to how comfortable it feels.

Does it come with instructions? I have no idea how to establish the yes/no movements.
You can hold the end bead, let the point settle and notice the movements you associate with yes, no or unclear. I'd use that as a reflection exercise, not a way to verify facts or make medical or diagnostic decisions.

If this is for a birthday or another fixed date, tell us the date first—we can help you judge the timing, but I wouldn't promise a guaranteed arrival day.
